Estate Planning Presentation (estate planning is only topic)

• Attorneys provide a 1-hour presentation on estate planning concepts, processes, and issues
• Attendees can participate in a Q&A session to clarify concepts
• Attorneys can provide questionnaires for interested participants to complete and return by email for the drafting of estate planning documents
• Attorneys would, if requested, return to the church for the execution of attorney-prepared and client-previewed estate planning documents in 30-minute blocks throughout the day, usually on a Saturday
• Basic estate planning documents (package) include a basic will, a general power of attorney, and an advanced medical directive.
• With a discount for a significant other in the same household, the combined package cost is no more than $500.
• Trusts are priced on a case-by-case basis with a significant discount included for the trust and pour-over will
