Stand-Alone Estate Planning Workshop

• Attorneys provide a 1-hour presentation on estate planning concepts, processes, and issues
• Attendees can participate in a Q&A session to clarify concepts
• Attorneys provide questionnaires at the time of presentation for interested participants to complete and return by email for the drafting of estate planning documents
• Attorneys return to the church for the execution of attorney-prepared and client-previewed estate planning documents in 30-minute blocks throughout the day, usually on a Saturday
• Attendees can purchase a low-cost basic will for $200, a general power of attorney for $25, and an advanced medical directive for $25
• For married and cohabitating couples, the partner gets an additional discount of $100 for the package
• Trusts are accepted and priced on a case-by-case basis with a significant discount from the $2500 normal fee for an inter vivos trust and pour-over will

We can work with your church to provide either a Stand-Alone Estate Planning Workshop or “The Bible is an Estate Planning Document”, bible study, and estate planning document by live video stream.

Collaboration Workshops

We can work with your church representative to design and execute a catered estate planning event for your group.

Cost of Workshops

There is no charge for the workshops located within 60 miles of our Richmond office, located on the Peninsula, or located within 20 miles of the southern tip of the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel in Hampton Roads. The cost of workshops outside this area will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
